NAUDET 10.5cm hair hygrometer and thermometer

The hygrometer measures the humidity of the room in which it is located. It is entirely mechanical and operates without energy. At the heart of the system? A natural hair stretched between the axis of the needle and a pulley. Depending on whether the air is dry or humid, the hair shortens or lengthens by a few tenths of a millimeter. This phenomenon is what allows the needle to move on the dial. We added a small thermometer to it.
