The KITE APC stabilized binoculars feature a new technology that allows the instrument to correct image stability by 3°, or 5.3 meters at a distance of 100 meters or 53 meters at 1,000 meters. This very compact and lightweight instrument is also equipped with smart features. The electronics are powered by two AA batteries, the most common battery size in the world, and guarantee the operation of the instrument for 36 hours. But in order not to lose a second of these 36 hours, the KITE APC binoculars are equipped with sensors that automatically put the device into standby mode when you are not observing. The APC function (angle power control) detects the positioning. When the instrument comes into a vertical position, hanging from your neck or standing on a surface, it goes into sleep mode. At the first movement, stabilization starts again. No switching of buttons, no accidental battery drain. A timer function ensures that it turns off completely after 90 minutes, regardless of the position. And a low battery indicator will let you know when new batteries are needed.
