Hand vibration often makes it difficult to see fine details of objects, especially when magnified. The ATERA H12x30 binoculars have a vibration suppression mechanism with a 2-axis gimbal-controlled image stabilization mechanism. With a very large vibration correction angle of ± 3 degrees (up, down, left and right), a stable field of view is achieved even at a high magnification of 12x. Since micro-vibrations are also suppressed, the finest details become visible.
The binoculars are operated with two standard AAA batteries. Thanks to a long operating time of up to 12 hours, you can concentrate on your observations without having to worry about the battery status. An automatic switch-off function switches the device off after 5 minutes to prevent unnecessary battery discharge.
The application of a full multi-layer coating and an anti-reflective coating on all lens surfaces as well as an additional phase correction treatment on the prisms significantly increases the light transmission and thus the image brightness. All these measures ensure little scattered light and light loss and produce a particularly clear and high-contrast image.
The binoculars are designed to ensure maximum comfort: a slightly rounded shape that fits the hands, a focusing ring that can be turned with the tip of a single finger, a sleek design, a battery compartment away from the handling area. The integrated battery compartment cover provides effective protection against loss.
